Tim is a widely travelled and qualified construction professional, with international experience in most technical, commercial and managerial aspects of the construction industry. Degree qualified in civil engineering, and with contracting and consulting experience on a wide range of major building projects, he has latterly focused on property energy efficiency.
With qualifications for domestic, commercial and public building energy performance assessment, he was involved in development of the commercial property training and qualification packages for leading accreditation company, National Energy Services Ltd., and continues in an advisory capacity.
Tim has worked on major energy assessment projects for both private and public sector clients, including Network Rail and the MoD.
